Diamond Knot Brewing Co. in Mukilteo, WA in the Puget Sound. This IPA weighs in at 6.2% abv. It’s got a nice caramel maltyness that’s overtaken by bitterness and great hop flavor. Their website says that Columbus hops are used; pungent, earthy, citrusy, and slightly floral.
