Yesterday I sanitized about 150 bottles and gold caps :) 141 of these bottles were actually filled with 3 batches of what I’m calling my Platinum Blonde Ale. Each batch is intentionally slightly different. Keeping exact consistency and continuity of the same recipe across multiple batches is pretty difficult, so I intentionally varied the recipe. I’m thinking about naming the batches after famous blondes, ie: Marilyn (Monroe), Jean (Harlow), Mae (West)… suggestions?
